Q. Is it possible to try your pianos before we buy? A. Yes, We have the Brillante (HV122) Upright Piano available for you try before you buy. We are based in North East Kent, near the Dartford Bridge. If you would like to book an appointment, please call to arrange this.
Q. Is it possible to have a leather seat covering on any of the piano stools? A. Yes, this is treated as a special order. There will be an additional charge of £50 for solo piano stools and £75 for Duet piano stools. Please call for more details.
Q. Can I have the wood finish on my Piano Stool to match my Piano? A. Yes this is possible, as we have an extensive range of wood finishes for our Piano Stools. We can send you sample finishes for you to choose the right finish to match you Piano or we could match it a photo or picture of your Piano.
Q. Can I place my piano near a radiator? A. This is not recommended as the heat can not only damage the tuning plank, which will cause the piano to go out of tune very quickly, but can also damage the veneer on the exterior of the piano.
Q. I live in a flat which has lift access, will I be charged for delivery? A. No. If the lift is at least 6 ft. high and 5 ft. deep, we can deliver any of the upright pianos at no additional charge. Grand pianos require a lift at least 6ft h. x 6ft 5in d.
Q. What type of wood are the piano stools made from? A. All our piano stools are made from beech and can be finished to your own specification.
Q. How often will my Piano need tuning? A. In a normal domestic environment a piano should be tuned at least twice a year (see our Piano Tuning page).
Q. Can I order my Piano/Piano Stool for delivery before a specific date? A. Yes you can, if you require the delivery for a special occasion such as a birthday. Please contact us via email with your requirements.
